Product Manager - Latin America
Job Description

With a strong presence in Latin America, we are dedicated to expanding our market reach and enhancing our product and service offerings. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Development Product Manager to join our team and drive our expansion efforts in Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for developing and executing new strategies, launching products, and exploring innovative business opportunities. This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the Latin American market
- Analyze competitive landscape and customer behavior to develop actionable insights
2. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate market development strategies that align with company goals
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, including new products, services, and business models
3. Product Launch and Business Development:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful market entry
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business development initiatives
4. Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of market development projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve objectives
5. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of market development initiatives
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
6. Stakeholder Communication:
- Effectively communicate project updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with market development goals
7. Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities in Latin American countries, including market entry strategies and regulatory considerations
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred• 5+ years of proven experience in market development, product management, or business strategy• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $114,328 and $190,198. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
