Product Manager - Legal DMS

As a result of continued growth in adoption of OnePlace Collaboration and Content we intend to grow the product management team to ensure the solution maintains its market leading position.

In this role, you will work with stakeholders internally and across the client base to deliver solutions that help drive product adoption and growth. You will be meeting with stakeholders regularly to assess and prioritize enhancement requests and own the full product development lifecycle for solutions you drive into the product. You will work closely with the Product Management team and help shape the overall product strategy and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients and prospects.
• Perform critical analysis of customer feature requests and present conclusions back to Product Management Team.
• Build early wireframes to validate features with clients and prospects.
• Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for new product features and communicate them effectively to the Product Management, Development and Test teams.
• Help define the product roadmap and communicate plans proactively.
• Work directly with engineering team to manage product backlog.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in the enterprise (B2B) and cloud-based (SaaS) applications.
• Experience in SharePoint or other content stores is essential.
• Legal or professional services industry domain expertise is a plus.
• Experience managing and/or developing products directly relevant to Legal, Accounting, Consulting, and Financial Services industries is a plus.
