Digital Virgo Group is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager for Loyalty & Gamification to lead the continuous development and innovation of our loyalty offerings in the MENAT region.

The role is designed for exceptional professionals looking to make a significant impact in the loyalty and value-added services (VAS) sector of the telecommunications industry. As part of a versatile team, you will drive our business to new heights by working on strategic marketing projects and addressing performance business issues and challenges. Depending on the company's strategic priorities, you will work on various business challenges and products to deliver the best experiences for our clients worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for new launches and the performance of different operations, conducting continuous market and competitor analysis, developing a strategic roadmap, and translating the needs of our telecommunications operator clients into new features and enhancements.

Job Description:

  • Conduct preliminary research and align with local stakeholders and external partners throughout the planning and implementation phases.
  • Manage the operational aspects of projects and ensure the successful launch of planned services / Mega promos.
  • Maintain good communication with various stakeholders (operator, sales, technical, aggregator, acquisition, product, subsidiaries...).
  • Ensure the process of defining requirements and implementation (specifications).
  • Oversee the performance of all assigned operations within your territory, acting as the primary point of contact for telecommunications operators, with the support of the commercial department.
  • Monitor performance indicators (revenue, recruitment, ARPU, ROI, billing and churn ratio, % of complaints) online and offline.
  • Ensure the functional product roadmap in agreement with our partners.
  • Implement new concepts.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking reports and periodic reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a telecommunications company or in strategic planning functions.
  • Highly motivated, creative, adaptable individuals who enjoy solving complex problems in the loyalty and value-added services sector, with strong academic and professional backgrounds.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of successful deliveries.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about entertainment services with a solid knowledge of the telecommunications industry in the AMEA regions and a keen interest in loyalty and value-added products and industry best practices.
  • Availability to work full-time (5 days a week) from our office in Dubai.
  • Experience in business operations with a background in handling or managing operations with telecommunications operators in the AMEA region or specialized agencies in loyalty products.
  • Capability to oversee and ensure the performance of all operations within the assigned territory, acting as the main point of contact for telcos with the support of the commercial department.


Languages:

Fluent in English and Arabic (French optional and a plus).
