Together with our CPO, VP and Head of Product the enthusiastic team is defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap. The Machine Learning team seeks to innovate in the space of product catalog management by leveraging data science methods in large volumes of complex data. It aims at improving the lives of our users by automating tedious, repetitive tasks and providing additional capabilities for tasks like product data enrichment or data quality management.

Please note that for this role, we can currently offer full-remote work for candidates based in the European Union and in the United Kingdom.

Your Mission:

  • Research and innovate in the commerce and PIM space as part of a cross-functional product team that focuses on Machine Learning features
  • Collaborate closely with your UX designer, ML engineers and data scientists to identify opportunities, discover effective ML solutions and deliver them to the market
  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy in collaboration with product leadership and define the roadmap for your team
  • Become a commercetools product expert and develop a deep understanding of our customers and users
  • Be a part of the commercetools product management team and coordinate your work with product managers from other teams
  • Shape your way of working - we believe in strong and independent teams
  • Learn continuously from and with your colleagues and a leadership that is committed to your personal and professional growth

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience as a product manager working with engineers (preferably in the domain ofĀ  machine learning)
  • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery
  • Experience in conducting user research and good listening skills
  • Solid understanding of opportunities and challenges of machine learning
  • General knowledge of the commerce and PIM domain
  • General knowledge of APIs and cloud
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • A completed degree from University
