With overall responsibility for LG Compressors and Motors sales, the Product Manager will be responsible for financial planning, data analysis and business plan in terms of sales, profit, expense, etc. of the entire Component Solutions department. This position also evaluates and reports on department's main KPI, perform economic & market research and study, and prepare weekly and monthly financial report for management.
Key Responsibilities
• Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.• Build and execute GTM plan based on STP and competitive analysis.• Collecting, compiling verifying, and analyzing financial data to identify the business issue & risk.• Monitoring monthly sales & profit target and conducting necessary action to keep on track.• Preparing weekly/monthly management meeting, providing performance trend along with opportunity or risk.• Market & industry research to identify business opportunity/expansion and to develop business strategy.• Examining Sales Incentive plan and evaluating performance accordingly.• Monitoring and managing working capital such as inventory or other assets and establishing target and achievement plan.• Planning yearly budget and managing monthly to have SG&A expense in plan.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree is required.• Minimum 5 Experience required. Experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, financial or strategy/management consulting is preferred.• Working knowledge of business planning & analysis concepts (Business Indexes: COI, WOS, Sales Deduction and so on) is a plus.• Need critical thinking skills and reporting skills to business leaders.• Strong analytical skills, collaborative problem-solver; effective communications required.• Proficient, high-level skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.• Need experience in cross functional teams to work effectively and efficiently in a highly demanding work environment.• Need Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean.• Some travels are required.
Base Pay Range: $74,000 to 85,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
