Position Overview

As Sr. Product Manager, leading Leads and Opportunity Management product group, you will create vision and roadmap to drive product strategy forward. The role has a global scope, and you will work closely with Worldwide Marketing at Autodesk.

In this role, you'll be a critical part of a high-profile, long-term global initiative, working with the latest marketing and sales technologies. Your role is to build a whole and persistent approach to the way Autodesk thinks about Leads & Opportunity. You drive outcomes and paint the picture of what's possible.

You will bring deep knowledge and understanding of Product Management. You are a practitioner of product management. You understand consumer dynamics, business operations and marketing and sales automation. You will have direct experience working with business stakeholders and engineering teams spread out globally. You are a storyteller and can easily move from describing a technical requirement to an engineer to describing a business strategic concept to a VP. You own OKRs and consider it your friend.

Responsibilities

  • Create vision and strategy for leads & opportunity management, across lead creation, routing, customer and account segments, opportunity conversion and business success metrics
  • Build a rolling 12-month roadmap
  • Finalize PRDs & Success Metrics, closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Own OKR definition & impact delivery (L1/L2)
  • Drive Legal risk review
  • Be a thought-leader and write industry white paper
  • Drive influence and "big thinking" through Market research & analysis
  • Conduct Product & Portfolio Reviews, often integrated with other Product Group/Domain leads
  • Drive Roadmap reviews and Stakeholder interlocks

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Be comfortable driving multiple strategic initiatives at the same time
  • Be comfortable managing a stakeholder group of Director+
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in B2B environment in Tech industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Automated Lead Distribution, Process Automation, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent practical experience

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $130,800 and $211,640. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
