Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The Product Manager - Mobile will report to the Chief Client Solutions Officer and is responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution of mobile product offerings and enhancements for casino operators. This role will work closely with various internal teams, clients, and strategic partners throughout the Product Development Lifecycle to ensure that the product aligns to company vision and goals and remains relevant to clients.

  • Perform market research to gather client needs, industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis to evaluate product offerings, vendor partners, and addressable market.
  • Review ideas submitted by internal or external sources to determine viability for new product initiatives or product enhancements.
  • Work closely with Client Mobile Implementations teams to assess and deliver new app features designed to be easily adapted and customized across various client partner mobile apps.
  • Develop business case, KPI's and criteria for success measurement of product initiatives!
  • Work closely with Project Management Office and Development throughout Product Lifecycle to ensure that product objectives and user requirements are documented, developed, and executed as expected to include review of user stories, participation in refinement sessions, product demos, and user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate and communicate go to market planning activities to ensure all business support areas are prepared to launch and support product once delivered.
  • Identify pilot, or beta opportunities and criteria for measurement of results to determine market readiness.
  • Provide training on product capabilities, configurations, systems requirements, and deployment requirements.
  • Support sales efforts as needed.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and support internal and external inquiries, participate in industry leadership activities, trade shows, demos, or client site visits as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar
  • 5+ years product management experience working in Casino Marketing or Casino Operations
  • Experience working with Gaming or Casino industry operators and platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with mobile user experience, app development or app deployment a plus.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate and lead individuals at all levels both internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to work with Product Management software (Aha!)
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Benefits

This role is offering a base salary in the range of $98,000-$111,260 depending on experience. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 15% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package.
