Product Manager, Mobile

As Product Manager you will be responsible for shaping the future of our consumer travel experience through CLEAR’s flagship app. You obsess over enabling frictionless travel experiences for customers - both free and paid members. You bring a high level of creativity to product management, and you’re interested in complex consumer-oriented problems, can think big, execute and excel in ambiguity. You possess a strong understanding of design and ability to partner with design and UXR teams to craft a magical, award-worthy consumer experience.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with our Travel/Airport team that is responsible for the physical airport experience, the platform teams responsible for enrolling in CLEAR, and everything in between.

What You Will Do:

• Be the primary driver for the travel experience within CLEAR’s flagship app
• Drive the product vision and OKRs for your squad
• Drive strategy, ideation, evaluation, definition, prioritization, and execution of initiatives on the squad’s roadmap
• Incorporate understanding of customers, data, research, rapid prototyping and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
• Own the full product lifecycle across discovery, definition, launch, testing & iteration
• Help lead a squad of engineers to build impactful product features
• Earn ever-increasing autonomy for yourself and your team by building a strong reputation across the company for excellence and accountability

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer focused roles
• You can effortlessly rattle off your 5 favorite mobile apps – along with the specific enhancements you’d make to each to improve the user experience
• You are adept at quickly building trust with stakeholders through outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• You create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
• Proven track record of taking a data-driven approach to evaluate competing priorities and align to product goals and company's OKRs
• You are customer obsessed and can quickly understand a market to find unmet needs
• You understand how and when to say no, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to support your position
• You are driven, take initiative and motivate others
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and challenge, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset: self-aware of strengths and areas to develop
