You will be part of our global and enthusiastic Nokia Mediation PLM team and your role will be to act as a regional product manager in North America region for the Nokia Mediation portfolio and specifically for our key product in real-time usage data management, mediation and customer engagement automation areas, for various OSS/BSS use cases. This role expects a strong leader who deeply understands customer pain points, can identify market / competitive trends, and has a strong understating of the business of monetization software in telecommunications. You are accountable for supporting sales and pre-sales with prospecting sales cases and ability to provide product and business acumen and driving the activities in North America region in the product/solution perspective

As part of our team, you will:
  • support in customer activities with our existing key customers in the region
  • support in product GTM activities in North America, overseeing key opportunities, deal closures and including preparing and presenting world-class presentation and demos for prospecting customers in the region
  • Co-ordinate the product requirements towards other product domain leaders to create competitive roadmap for the product
  • Act as SPOC towards sales / pre-sales organizations providing strategic and tactical support for opportunities in North America. Lead the qualification and support pre-c3 management process.
  • Act as the spokesperson for product / domain at industry events, analyst conversations and towards internal teams
  • Collaborate with alliances team to build an active partnership strategy with SI's, technology and cloud partners, in alignment with other domain product leaders
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and build upsell and new opportunities as 'trusted partner' togther with local sales and pre-sales teams


Your skills and experience

You have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software business product management, pre-sales and/or business development
  • Strong understanding of OSS / BSS landscape, specifically in monetization area(billing, charging, mediation, policy control).
  • Understanding customer engagement domain and experience in telco marketing is bonus
  • Good understanding of 5G and impact of the same on monetization
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and GTM models, with a proven track record in cloud native / SaaS products.
  • Broad and ambitious thinker in driving value for our customers
  • Successful track record in working with large Tier 1 customers. Experience with disruptive business models and customers will be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Successful Track record in collaborating with and influencing cross functional teams towards an aligned strategic direction and execution.
  • Understands industry standard lean and agile product management and development frameworks such as SAFe
