GENERAL FUNCTION:

As Product Manager for Money and Checking Solutions, you will operate with independence and perform an integral role in leading three product areas to ensure they are optimized for profitability. You will manage our Immediate Funds product which allows customers to deposit funds into their accounts (both at a branch or using our mobile app,) and get immediate access to these funds for a small fee. Additionally, this individual oversees our Foreign Currency products, in partnership with our vendor, to make it possible for our customers to buy or sell physical currency from other countries primarily for travel purposes. Lastly, you will manage our Early Pay products. Early Pay, with a Momentum checking account, grants customers access to their payroll direct deposit up to two days prior to the scheduled payment date. We recently expanded this offering to include federal tax funds, which means customers who direct deposit their tax fund into a Momentum checking account may get their funds up to five days early. You are the right candidate for this role if you are strategically minded, have experience managing banking or payments products, and possess strong abilities in relationship management and vendor management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, enhance, and manage products and/or programs to meet goals and increase profitability.
• Review new developments in customer segments, evaluate potential products, and recommend the development of new products or the modification of existing products.
• Coordinate & direct the design and development of new products and the modification of existing products, in conjunction with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Technology, Credit Risk, Operations, Delivery and Marketing.
• Works with Delivery channel and Marketing to develop effective sales programs.
• Provide analysis and product pricing of select products and services.
• Evaluate the success of new products and recommend changes in the product or marketing strategy as appropriate.
• Utilizes new trends and developments in the Bank' s strategic plan to shape product and service offerings.
• Ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained on all existing products.
• Facilitate new product training via written training materials, marketing materials and/or oral presentations.
• Interprets and enforces product policies and guidelines across affiliates, departments and customers.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor' s degree in marketing or related business field.
• Minimum of four (4) years product management and development experience, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent presentation and communications skills required.
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience
