You will work closely with customers and the executive team to establish the Secure SD-WAN roadmap, establish a winning strategy, and interface with our extraordinary sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure continued market-adoption and rapid growth. We’re making networking easier, faster, and smarter with technology that simply works.

Meraki is changing the way the industry thinks about networking, and you will be in the forefront of this disruptive innovation!

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of the Secure SD-WAN solution strategy and feature set roadmap
  • Market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case, collateral, product strategy, pricing and positioning
  • Being the trusted advisor to your engineering team, working closely and coordinating the deliverables of several development teams to meet roadmap goals
  • Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to support the creation of customer-driven messaging, sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials to execute the go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager in the SD-WAN, SaaS, and/or security space preferred, with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Entrepreneurship, a "can do" attitude, with the ability and willingness to make an impact
  • Drive to create something new, innovative, and disruptive
  • Customer-centric self-starter with high levels of initiative, dedication and energy, who can galvanize the team to follow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a cross functional team player willing to present and defend your ideas
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • MBA is a plus

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%.  Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
