Product Manager - Network

Introduction
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall 10+ Years’ experience
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B or Cloud businesses (SaaS PaaS or IaaS products)
• Experience as a Product Manager in the past with deep experience in cloud technologies IT/Network Infrastructure products or services
• Strong understanding of multiple aspects of Cloud Networking technologies and products such as Software defined networking data-center networking network connectivity fundamentals VPC load balancers Cloud firewalls Content Delivery Networks (CDN) etc
• Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud buyer journey
• Experience in leading cross-org products – Experience with creating presentations and presenting to internal teams executives and clients.
• Must demonstrate consolidated knowledge & experience in Core Network and Cloud deployments
• Hands-on data driven approach and an ability to work concurrently on several projects
• Networking domain expertise

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of AWS or Azure IaaS platform
• Understanding of building cloud applications in an enterprise environment
• Understanding of cloud consumption and technology models such as pricing and utilization
• Experience in modern networking trends e.g. Cloud network SD-WAN network telemetry network flow analysis
• Experience driving product vision go-to-market strategy and design discussions
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management Engineering UX/UI Sales Customer Support Finance or Marketing
