Product Manager, Network Expansion

About The Role

Creative, thoughtful, and seamless products have engendered love from Headway’s providers, patients, and payers from day one. As we scale our mission to rewire mental healthcare, we are looking for a Network Expansion Product Manager to grow our provider product via launching new markets and driving more providers to reach their first appointment on Headway.

You will:

• Own the provider funnel from intake and onboarding through to provider activation
• Drive top-of-funnel growth by rolling out our provider product to new states & payers
• Scale our credentialing infrastructure to support hyper-growth mode
• Optimize our onboarding funnel to get more providers to their first appointment
• Work with XFN partners across our Provider Growth, Network Ops and Marketplace Growth teams to make it all happen
• Help grow the product team and define product culture at Headway

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in a product role building seamless software products, ideally focused on large scale systems or onboarding growth funnels.
• You are a systems thinker with a growth bend. You know how to scale product funnels (both systems and experiences) that grow the business’s footprint and impact.
• You are excited to be in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are ready to roll up your sleeves to move the needle for our users.
• You are empathetic: you are eager to see the world from your users’ perspective, and you seek to understand the motivations and concerns of your XFN partners.
• You are motivated by our mission. We are working to solve the biggest problems in mental health care today (access and affordability).
