Product Manager - New Product Area

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an exciting new product currently in incubation. This is a unique opportunity to shape an innovative solution from the ground up!

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Guide the vision strategy and execution of a new Figma product

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning

• Build the product roadmap define requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives

• Find opportunities to leverage new technologies like LLMs to build innovative workflows that solve real problems for the design community

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager

• Experience working with designers or other creative professionals as a customer base or experience working on community-oriented products

• Experience shipping high-quality software products that made a difference for your customers

• Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs
