Product Manager - New Product Growth

As a Product Manager for the New Product Growth team, you will focus on ensuring the success of Figma’s new and upcoming products. We are at an exciting point as a company as we think about a number of new ideas to bring to market. We need some help to make sure they have strong launches and entry in the market. We recently helped launch FigJam, our second product, and have now turned our focus towards making Figma’s next big bet just as impactful for our users and business. 

The New Product Growth team will focus on making sure each product has strong adoption and monetization pathways, in addition to ensuring all new products feel like part of the same ecosystem.

We are looking for someone to sit at the forefront of our biggest launches and partner closely with Core Product teams and Marketing. You will develop high conviction hypotheses on how we can amplify Figma’s newest products. This person will be essential in helping users unlock value from our new products and ensuring those products push Figma’s business forward. 

• Develop hypotheses with core product teams and build features that drive adoption of our newest products, both from Figma’s existing user base and from new users
• Ensure the right monetization levers are in place for new bets, and that value is obvious on every tier of Figma
• Build out the adoption / onboarding / upgrade ecosystems to make sure all new products work harmoniously together and don’t become disjointed experiences 
• Refine the strategy for the New Product Growth team, creating clear partnership and expertise frameworks for how and when to leverage the team

• Have experience driving adoption across multiple large product initiatives 
• Enjoy partnering with many different kinds of product teams 
• Can think strategically about how an ecosystem of products can work together 
• Are metrics minded and constantly thinking about how your team’s work ladders up to business and user value
• Can take rough themes and turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance
• Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on growth or new products
