Product Manager, Order Experience

As Product Manager, Order Experience, you will be responsible for owning the purchase, fulfillment, returns and billing flows across our app and web products. Your mission is to evolve our existing platform and operations capabilities to create a category defining, next-gen order experience befitting of our high-luxury customer positioning. You’ll bring extensive knowledge of purchase, lead/reverse logistics and inventory technology combined with a deep customer focus and lead a cross-functional team, working with partners across the organization to deliver your vision.

Your Responsibilities

• Inform the product vision and wider strategy for order experience. Assume overall responsibility for delivering purchasing, returns, fulfillment and billing KPIs.
• Synthesize the most important order experience opportunities into a tactical roadmap, understanding the platform and logistical needs that enable the delivery of the order experience to the client.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver the plan, working with stakeholders across engineering, operations and supply-chain.
• Write product and technical specs, organize user studies, help write test plans and manage the backlog.
• Be ‘the face’ of order experience to the senior leadership team and organization.

More About You

• Deep experience in product management with dual track sensibilities.
• Have the desire to own product vision for a large, complex and important business problem.
• Knowledge of logistics workflows or post order tools is highly desired, particular within a marketplace product
• Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to synthesize complex information quickly and effectively and acting decisively.
• Confident agile/scrum practitioner, but with the flexibility to work in the best way for the team.
• Be hands on with a small team to deliver value.
