Job Description

As a Product Manager at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will drive Corcentric's solution product strategy and execution around our best-in-class order-to-cash (O2C) platform. You will focus on enhancing feature and functionality in support of needs from customers on current products, as well as helping build the next generation platform.

This key position reports to the Senior Director, Product Management, and partners closely with development, professional services, support, sales, along with other internal cross-functional teams as well as customers and company business partners. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding customer needs and driving the evolution of our SaaS (Software as a Service) products by translating business requirements into software product functionality
  • Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders in the ideation and curation process, developing useful analytics and information for use in the platform
  • Leading and managing alpha/beta (A/B) programs and integration initiatives with customers and partners
  • Driving release readiness as well as cross-organizational awareness of product/solution issues
  • Decomposing functionality of existing product, documenting specifications to create the next-generation unified functionality
  • Acting as a cross-functional leader & motivator, removing organizational roadblocks
  • Creating, grooming, prioritizing, and maintaining the product requirements backlog, product roadmaps, and release schedules
  • Managing prioritization and trade-offs among Corcentric customers and development resources
  • Developing detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications, queries, and architecture
  • Partnering with the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) design team
  • Working with the development team on UI design/validation, sprint reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Supporting the creation of product collateral and materials to educate and train cross functional teams and customers
  • Assisting sales and services teams as the product subject matter expert

Requirements

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or comparable career experience
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst for a technology company, getting into the weeds and being the go-to expert for the product
  • Passion about dissecting challenges and coming up with solutions
  • A track record of ownership, cross-functional leadership, and decision making
  • Intrinsic curiosity and a growth-mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex topics to make digestible and accessible to others
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies

It's great if you also have:

  • An MBA
  • Technical familiarity including an understanding of coding and IT standards
  • Experience with order-to-cash or revenue management processes and relevant software
