How you'll add value:
- Drive, develop, and maintain the payroll product roadmap in alignment with the strategic product directionÂ
- Ensure alignment between product vision, business objectives, and the strategic roadmap to deliver key outcomesÂ
- Conduct industry research by engaging directly with clients, prospects, implementation partners and internal SMEs to identify and address business challengesÂ
- Stay informed about new and upcoming Payroll & Tax regulations, ensuring compliance updates for the product and finding straightforward solutions to help users remain compliantÂ
- Collaborate effectively with the Product, UX, Engineering teams to bring features from concept to live productsÂ
- Act as a subject matter expert during go-to-market activities for new feature launchesÂ
- Monitor product performance postlaunch using a data-driven approach and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancementsÂ
- Present new product features at company broadcasts, sharing insights and updates with the broader teamÂ
- Embrace constructive feedback with an open mindset, using it to iterate and improve the productÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned Â
- Occasional travel may be requiredÂ
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS softwareÂ
- 3+ years of Payroll domain and product experience Â
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a track record of presenting strategies to executive leadership and product capabilities to key stakeholders and customersÂ
- Self-starter that flourishes across multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative work environment while meeting tight deadlinesÂ
- Experience with go to market best practicesÂ
-  Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing product input from multiple sources (customers, leaders, competitors, partners) and putting this at the center of conceptualization, design, story creation and executionÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias towards making data driven decisionsÂ
-  Must be self-motivated, resilient, outcome focus, customer oriented with a builder mindset Â
- Agile Methodology experienceÂ
- Well versed in HCM industry with primary focus on HR and PayrollÂ
- Experience working in a restaurant is idealÂ
- MBA or Advanced degree

- This position has a salary range of $120,800 - $151,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
