Proof of work The team The Asset Growth & Management Product Group is responsible for helping our clients maintain and build their wealth with cryptocurrency.  From staking and asset listings to custody solutions we ensure that our clients have access to a diverse range of tools to help our users grow and manage their assets effectively.

The ideal candidate has professional experience working on on-chain crypto products and infrastructure within exchanges or financial institutions has a strong understanding of client journeys relating to Funding flows is data-driven technically adept and has a proven track record of Product Management achievements. The position requires interaction with different internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

The opportunity

• Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and roadmap

• Collaborate in the development of the firm’s internal Custody Management solution

• Develop product strategy and feature requirements for the different aspects of internal Crypto custody management cross-chain liquidity management as well as balance reporting and audit reports

• Work Cross-functionally with Engineering Design Finance Operations and Product stakeholders to develop and steer product strategy and roadmaps

• Define and anticipate needs of different stakeholders and translate them into Engineering action items

• Write technical PRDs manage backlogs and effectively prioritize new features vs. tech debt

• Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested.

Skills you should HODL

• Comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of Crypto Custody and Wallet management

• Experience working for a start-up/a small company ideally in the crypto industry

• A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions with uncertainty

• Understanding of the intricacies of Cross-chain liquidity management

• Experience working with SQL and APIs

• Solution oriented demonstrating high motivation and a proactive approach grounded in fundamental analysis

• Solid understanding of the principles of information architecture and the nuances of user experience optimization

• Strategic in outlook yet detailed in execution balancing broad vision with precision in detail

• Skilled in interpersonal relations adept at navigating interactions with a wide spectrum of personalities

• Superior organizational and communicative competencies adept at juggling competing priorities

• Profound grasp of project management fundamentals and established practices.
