Product Manager, Player Action (SB)

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing the player experience within our platform. Your responsibilities will include understanding user behaviors and preferences, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. From discovery to delivery, you will drive the development and execution of features that enhance player engagement, satisfaction, and retention in the sports betting domain.

• Work across the entire product lifecycle, balancing your time between Discovery & Delivery
• Dare to be different. Re-imagine traditional experiences through a deeper understanding of our users
• Sign up for product outcomes against which you’ll hold yourself accountable
• Work directly with Product Design and Engineering counterparts to assess opportunities and select optimum solutions to test
• Ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders through clear documentation, effective verbal communication and by presenting plans across the organization
• Set success metrics for new features and track product performance, recommending iterations based on analysis
• Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases

• 2+ years of experience managing an entire product lifecycle for a consumer facing application
• Interest and knowledge of sports, sports betting and fantasy gaming is valuable but not required
• Ability to present ideas clearly, and take feedback openly and confidently
• Proactive and action oriented, with the ability to push things forward to execution
• Ability to handle multiple projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
• Curious by nature with a data lead approach to decision making
• Alert and aware to changes in the competitive landscape

• Previous experience working in the Sports Betting or Fantasy industry
