The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

THE POSITION
• Develop and maintain a rolling 7year product roadmap considering customer & market input, new business opportunities, and profitability• Interact with internal and external customers to get product feedback and understand customer needs and priorities.• Provide input for new product opportunities and manage the product portfolio for phase-in and phase-out of products.• Creation of new product business plans.• Define the requirements for new product lines. • Provide input for the benchmarking of competitor products.• Provide input and support to the brand and product communication strategy. Support the creation of all product materials and provide product training to the sales team.• Coordination of the product value proposition to our external customers• Support new product launch events

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing• Product Manager experience in Tire Industry• 7+ years professional experience• 5+ years' experience in tire retail (buyer or product responsibility), sales/account management, research and development or product management• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.• Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years professional experience• Tire Sales or Retail Experience
