Product Manager-Remote

As a Product Manager focused on Lab Networks at Health Gorilla, you will report to the SVP Product on the Product Team. You will guide the product vision of our industry-leading lab ordering network and work with the Engineering team to build and deliver world class products. You will operate as the product owner, coordinating all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinate with teams across Health Gorilla (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success.

• You will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for your products by working with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and leadership.
• You will be the expert on user, customer, technical, and requirements for Lab Networks.
• You'll translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and iterate from a beta release of capabilities into capabilities.
• Create agreement for the product vision both internally and externally.

• 3-5+ years in a product management role taking projects from creation to release.
• Adept at making decisions off imperfect or incomplete requirements.
• Demonstrated critical reasoning, judgment, and problem analysis skills.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of marketplaces/platforms and how to grow them.
• Experience with Diagnostic Lab ordering or other transactional ordering systems is required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis or an equivalent degree or experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
