Product Manager (Remote)

Medically Home's Product Team is responsible for creating and executing the roadmap for the company's core software product offering: Cesia Continuum, as well as support implementation of the platform Cesia in new health system customers, along with our colleagues on the Clinical, supply chain and implementation teams. Our product team leverages the varied expertise of members of the team and highly values a Clinical background and Clinical operations expertise.
Job SummaryThe Product Manager partners with product management leaders and subject matter experts across key domains – particularly our supply chain network – to support the full feature development lifecycle, from initial requirements exploration to use case and business requirements development, through ideation, development, documentation, and roll-out support. Like all members of the product team, this role will also be involved in deployment of the Cesia platform with our health system customers.

The occupant of this role will have the opportunity to engage with a broad variety of product management activities, and work closely with our product leadership team, customers, and other key stakeholders.

Travel: 20-25%
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with product management leadership to analyze logistical challenges in care delivery models and capabilities

Work with product management leadership to develop financial models including pricing, return on investment, and model cost structure

Support product management leadership on the requirements, designs, deployment, and adoption of new features.

Support product management on design required documentation, scopes, mockups, etc.

Identify and define core challenges and workflows for various stakeholder groups that provide care or support care delivery (i.e. Registered Nurses, In home clinicians, service coordinators and supply chain managers)

Manage stakeholder communications for individual product development projects.

Stay up to date on current operational practices and workflows in the virtual hospital

Demonstrates Cesia workflows to various stakeholders in a way that includes knowledge of standard Clinical workflows and patient safety considerations that are embedded into the platform

Create and maintain project plan and development tracking

Maintain, modify, and respond to comments in system of Initiative, Epics and Features

Collaborate with product management teams to develop monthly governance updates for Medically Home leadership

Implementation of PM best practices, meeting management and internal documentation

Work with product and implementation leadership to support dissemination of the Medically Home care delivery model leveraging the Cesia platform and supporting Clinical operations processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and advanced degree in business, public health, or another relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, MPH) required.

Product Experience in stakeholder engagement, process, and technology experience across Clinical settings required

Ability and affinity for active listening and a track record of strong customer and stakeholder communication.

Familiarity with Clinical operations and processes throughout the healthcare continuum

Strong written communication skills.

Must have experience conducting meetings and presentations.

 Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced organization that is evolving quickly
