- Own the Canned Reports area of the R365 productÂ
- Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to lead a robust mission-critical product offeringÂ
- Drive, develop and maintain the R365 Reporting Strategy and Roadmap, along with its 3-year visionÂ
- Select, design, and write user stories for the Reporting Scrum TeamÂ
- Evaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debtÂ
- Collaborate with other teams to prioritize, scope, design, and deliver the most impactful enhancements needed to fortify and enhance our existing suite of ReportsÂ
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Reporting, including usage metrics, user guides, release notes, and technical documentationÂ
- Communicate and present product information at company eventsÂ
- Conduct customer interviews Â
- Partner with other teams to ensure reporting is used to its fullest capability
- Work with the Go to Market (GTM) team to strategize how product updates will be rolled out to both prospects and internal customersÂ
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and what data points drive successful restaurant businessesÂ
- Support the R365 Product by identifying opportunities with data, understanding features and capabilities to make recommendations for how to use data to better enable the customer experience and enhance the overall productÂ
- Occasional travel may be required Â
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 3+ years of experience in product management in reporting, dataor analyticsÂ
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of reporting usage and data, with strong analytical and business problem solving skillsÂ
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and business intelligence tools on both web and mobile interfacesÂ
- Demonstrated Agile Methodology experience, ideally at scaleÂ
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work successfully with cross functional stakeholdersÂ
- Experience working in the restaurant industryÂ
- Product Management experience with Back-of-House Restaurant Software (integrations, reports, analytics, accounting, invoicing, workforce management), ideally in the Enterprise spaceÂ
R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks
- This position has a salary range of $120,800 - $151,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
