This Product Manager role will be a key member of the team responsible for the Aravo Platform. The Aravo Platform offers a set of capabilities designed to enable a variety of business automation goals at scale across the enterprise, primarily focused around Integrated Risk and Resilience. The Aravo Platform is the basis for all of Aravo's Third Party Management solutions, which are designed to increase compliance and reduce risk across the enterprise (covering areas such as ESG, Data Security & Privacy, GDPR Compliance, Third-Party/Vendor Registration, Qualification & Onboarding, Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption, and Responsible Sourcing).
We're looking for an early to mid-career Product Manager to take on the day-to-day Product Management functions related to the Platform, including, but not limited to, requirements research, user story creation, backlog grooming and prioritization, release notes drafting and more. You'll work with our engineering and QA teams to deliver quality results each sprint, up through release. This role directly reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and will work collaboratively to develop product roadmaps, release plans and drive the product vision for the Platform.
Aravo's product team is growing and looking for folks with creative and innovative perspectives to take us to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Research, translate and document business requirements into user stories, work with engineering teams to define specifics and identify implementation approaches. Manage user stories (creation, updates, commentary, etc.) in Jira.
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Product, Application Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Engineering, Sales), clients and industry analysts, and experts to assemble client and market business requirements for the Aravo Platform, with guidance from senior product leadership.
- Manage Platform-related Confluence pages, including posting release notes, sprint reviews, release metrics, etc.
- Groom backlogs and help prioritize work across the engineering teams
- Provide input into Platform product vision and roadmap
- Act as product voice in the Customer Success Hub, providing Innovation Exchange commentary on submitted ideas, updating idea statuses and working with Product Marketing on Product Updates in the Hub.
- Contribute to product documentation to inform and educate internal stakeholders and clients on the Aravo Platform
- Become an expert on Aravo's Platform and Applications offering
- Bring your own ideas to the table on how we can evolve as a product organization, platform and company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of Product Management experience, including:
- Researching requirements
- Drafting user stories
- Backlog grooming
- Creating snippets or doing short, recorded demos
- Some experience with documentation
- Updating Product Roadmaps
- 1-3 years of business analysis/product analysis experience (can be in parallel with the above product management experience)
- Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle or Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and inSided (or other community management platforms - nice to have)
- Ability to quickly build credibility and confidence cross-functionally, and experience working with Engineering, QA and Support teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
