The Opportunity

Adobe's Digital Media Sales Strategy & Operations team seeks to achieve operational excellence and efficiency for our B2B sales. The team's key objectives include driving increased sales velocity through our Sales Systems & Tools, designing our future operating models and implementing sales efficiency across our Global support functions. The Product Manager opportunity will focus on our large, corporate wide, transformational CRM/Tools initiatives and will support the wider business both as a Business and Technical expert, starting with our Microsoft Dynamics migration as a high priority initiative.

What you'll Do

  • Dedicated Digital Media Phones SMB and MM business owner for our Dynamics Transformation Program driving our design principles, business alignment, decision making, and program implementation.
  • Lead requirements gathering and detailing business processes.
  • Influence best practices for our CRM processes, interfaces, and sales architecture, ultimately designing, and developing scalable solutions based on existing and future needs.
  • Work cross-functionally across all project value streams and workstream teams.
  • Technical owner developing our global roadmap including technical requirements on design principles and system migration timelines.
  • Technical lead on architecture design and roadmap builds, ensuring high quality functional documentation leading to successful implementation.
  • Technical lead driving business alignment, IT/Cloud-Tech implementation, and Change management support

What you need to succeed

  • 5-7 years' experience in Technology/Consulting
  • Experience in driving and operationalizing data migration / customer migration initiatives
  • App D-type experience and expertise with consistent track record implementing technological solutions.
  • Knowledge within wider B2B CRM/Tools systems (MSFT tech stack -Dynamics preferred, Salesforce is also OK)
  • Experience of technical requirements gathering and business process mapping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,800 -- $166,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
