Product Manager, Search (x/f/m)

Your Impact

As a Product Manager, Search (x/f/m) at eduki, you are responsible for building a seamlessly refined search experience to help customers find the materials most relevant to their needs. You do so by taking over the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Optimizing the Search Experience: You analyze user behavior across the search journey and implement improvements to reduce bounce rate after search.
• Enhancing Listing Page Performance: You identify new opportunities/features on the listing page and implement strategies for delivering the most relevant material at the top of the list..
• Increasing Product Page Sessions: You investigate and implement tactics to drive more sessions to our product pages, through A/B testing and optimization.

 Your Skills and Expertise

We are searching for a passionate Product Manager (x/f/m) who would like to demonstrate their experience to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: 

• You are experienced in shaping the vision and strategy for a product.
• You know and have worked with agile methodologies.
• You have extensive experience in A/B testing.
• You are passionate  in placing  the customer at the heart of what you do
• Furthermore, you would describe yourself as a problem solver with an analytical mindset.

Please note: Due to legal reasons, we can currently only hire people with a permanent residency and work permit in Spain.

Our commitment to you

• An attractive compensation package consisting of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) of up to 80.000 EUR per year in total and - depending on experience and performance - a gross annual salary of between 49.000 EUR and 60.000 EUR
