The Product Manager - Security Products role at Finexio will focus on delivering fraud detection and prevention solutions that enable every good transaction to be approved, every bad transaction to be declined, all with a seamless and simple customer experience. We are looking for a product leader that is passionate about innovation and developing solutions that help identify and mitigate financial fraud as well as maximize efficiency of legitimate transactions and couterparties.

The role will focus on defining and developing security and risk products and solutions. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this individual will work with experts throughout the company and industry to support the identification, prioritization, and development of new fraud detection and authentication products. Responsibilities include assessing individual product opportunities, building new business initiative proposals, and supporting business case, market sizing, and product development.

Finexio is looking for an individual with a track record of success in product delivery, with an attention to detail, and the desire and aptitude to develop their strategic product management skills.

Requirements

• 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).

• 4+ years of experience in product development/management
• Experience and understanding of product development methodologies
• Experience in business payments, risk, and enterprise/cyber security software
• Analytical, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with fact-based consultative discipline
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and results driven
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams
• Passionate about what you do and fired up about the opportunity to transform payments working for an industry leader

Essential Functions

• Successful candidate will be work on multiple products, helping to assess product viability and business case, while working to pull together the required resources and stories for new product creation.
• Regularly review client landscape and recommend, develop and implement new and creative approaches to expanding product capabilities.
• Contribute to the product development process from ideation through product development
• Build strong relationships with our risk, development teams, buyers, suppliers, payment partners and more
