Job Description

Responsibilities

ยท Establish and maintain an efficient and effective supply chain management through the selection, qualification and ongoing management of suppliers related to Ma Labsโ€™ Server Solution service;

ยท Study and analyze technical data and product specifications of our Server Solution to forecast immediate and future needs and formulate professional procurement strategies of products;

ยท Analyze costs, conduct research and forecast for the procurement of Servers;

ยท Confer with vendors, customers, and management to negotiate pricing and ascertain availability;

ยท Maintain procurement database using internal ERP system to monitor inventory, analyze costs, freight delivery, product quality and performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

ยท Minimum of a Bachelorโ€™s degree

ยท Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in the PC industry

ยท Expert knowledge in server products and system integration

ยท Previous purchasing or sales experience in PC industry is a plus

ยท Strong negotiation skills

ยท Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner

ยท Will act with a sense of urgency, high quality judgment and sound decision making

ยท Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail

ยท Solid interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation

ยท Excellent communicational skills

ยท Excellent customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
