Work Model: This position is based out of our Madison or Milwaukee, WI location and provides the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

The Treasury Management Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of treasury management products and services for First Business Bank. This position plays a critical role in aligning treasury products and services with the needs of the bank's customers and market trends, ensuring that the bank remains competitive and profitable.

Essential responsibilities of the:

• Manage product relationships: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors. Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and expand sales strategy. Key products include Integrated Payables and Credit Card.
• Understand and support the treasury sales effort as the treasury product expert. The conduit between sales and operations teams with a sales acumen in technical client situations.
• Manage product lifecycle: From ideation to launch and beyond, oversee the entire product lifecycle. Collaborate with Deposit Operations and Treasury Support teams to ensure product development, testing, and deployment align with business objectives.
• Develop and execute product strategy: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify new opportunities to enhance treasury management products and services. Collaborate with operations team to develop product roadmaps, pricing models, and marketing strategies.
• Gather and analyze product data: Collect and analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product development decisions. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management or related finance industry.
• Experience with treasury management software solutions
• CTP and/or AAP desirable
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies.
• Strong understanding of treasury management products and services.
