What You'll Do

• Product Management is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT products delivered to our customers; business associates, and consumers, from inception to retirement.
• The job family manages the relationship between WS business functions and IT to provide IT product and user experience solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
• Develops high-level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
• Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations
•  Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
• Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
•  Demonstrate good interpersonal, business communication, and writing skills
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
•  Builds productive internal/external working relationships
• Strong decision-making capabilities can help an associate's department/unit achieve results
•  Frequently interacts with functional peers and supervisors, normally involving matters within the department or internal customers
• Often participates in a cooperative effort among members of a project team

What You Know

• Mandatory Skills - Supply Chain, Pricing, Merchandizing
• Proven experience serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, facilitating the delivery of product and user experience solutions to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-level business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the IT organization, managing changes to specifications as necessary.
• Proficiency in preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations, utilizing skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and company policies.
• Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways, demonstrating good interpersonal, business communication, and writing skills.
• Capable of working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Strong decision-making capabilities that contribute to the achievement of results within the associate's department/unit.
• Regular interaction with functional peers and supervisors, addressing matters within the department or internal customers, and frequently participating in cooperative efforts among project team members.
• Willingness to receive ongoing instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Compensation Band

• $140- 145k per year
