Product Manager, Web

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead efforts on our website. Our ideal candidate will have experience with fast-growing companies and a passion for working cross functionally to produce the best products. 

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end website strategy and experience to provide high value to visitors and drive significant impact to key business metrics
• Gather data and seek input from various sources (site analytics, customers, market research, user testing, industry best practices, etc) and crystallize into concrete insights, opportunities, and roadmap enhancements.
• Clearly communicate plans for features, monitor advancements in ecommerce and provide new ideas to improve our site and consumer experience.
• Develop efficient and effective systems and processes to ensure scalability, standardization, and maintainability of new features, functionality, and the content management system.
• Clearly define user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and critical test cases to drive QA and regression testing.
• Champion customer and stakeholder needs throughout program execution, ensuring that what is delivered meets the OKRs while surfacing status and learnings with leaders across the company.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years previous experience in web or ecommerce
• Experience in driving ecommerce sales utilizing data to help inform business decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering web features.
• Ability to work independently to define product requirements and drive schedules and dates.
• Strong intuitive grasp of customers, with the ability to translate into the website experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Understanding of technical concepts in web applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high growth, fast moving early stage startup environment.
• Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
• Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
• Meticulous, organized and proactive.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $140k to $175k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
