Your Role and Responsibilities
Product Marketing is at the intersection of Marketing Product Management Sellers and Business Partners. As a Product Marketer you will be responsible for articulating the point of view and value proposition for IBM’s offerings and audiences we serve to grow IBM Power.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Understand market and audience insights to develop clear points of view about infrastructure technology particularly IBM Power
• Articulate clear and concise messages that align with IBM Power and IBM Infrastructure portfolio messaging and positioning
• Co-create the product content strategy and create customer-facing product deliverables
• Source prioritized client stories product-led claims and proof points (analysts peer to peer influencers) to use to strengthen messages and content in the market
• Partner with brand content demand marketing and Geo teams to bring the IBM/product point of view to life through brand-to-demand campaigns
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 3+ Years Product Marketing Experience
• Exposure to IT infrastructure technology – servers storage and/or cloud.
• Strong collaboration skills for an environment that requires continual collaboration across organizations roles and geographies.
• Ability to be agile to work flexibly in an environment of continuous change to set priorities to take initiative and to follow through consistently & thoroughly
• Must be able to speak English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Understand Go to Market strategies and experience in creating marketing business plans
• Experience collaborating effectively with various stakeholders across Marketing Product Management and Sales.
