We're looking for a Product Marketing and Enablement Manager to guide the GTM messaging for Simeio’s offerings, including target market identification, value proposition definition, and field enablement. Leverage market research and customer insights to position Simeio’s offerings effectively, drive product roadmap decisions, and formulate go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales team and help to equip them with the requisite training and resources, including sales materials and technical support, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with product management, delivery, marketing and executive teams.

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies: Lead the development of comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Simeio’s offerings. This includes understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to position our offerings effectively. Experience developing and driving productized offerings attached to third party technologies and solutions in the IAM or Cybersecurity markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment in executing marketing campaigns. Collaborate in defining product features and benefits that resonate with our target audience.
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring effective communication and coordination across marketing channels. Define the product messaging, positioning, and target audience segmentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading conversations with existing and potential members of our ecosystem to identify evolving pain points, needs, and wants.
  • Working collaboratively with key constituents to drive the go-to-market plan for all products and services.
  • Defining country-specific plans to grow the ecosystem.
  • Building out developer programs to help grow the developer base.
  • Partnering with product strategy leads on market intelligence initiatives.
  • Acting as a representative of the company’s ecosystem thought leadership and perspective with external stakeholders.
  • Recruited, managed, and developed a team of product marketing managers and strategy leads.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with multiple teams in the company to drive and execute on go-to-market and growth strategies.
  • Establishing product goals, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Own our Customer Advisory Board and Customer Summit events and programs in facilitation of our offering and messaging strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressively increasing product marketing and strategy experience in cybersecurity, identity access management, managed services or productized professional services.
  • 4+ years in executive, managerial, or people leadership capacities or equivalent entrepreneurship roles.
  • 1+ years of experience working on international growth for products and services.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate individuals and teams.
  • An absolute messaging ninja, capable of transforming the mundane to crystal clear engaging customer content .
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, incredible resilience, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
