About the Role:As the Product Marketing Manager for Content Strategy and Operations (contract), you will develop content that inspires and empowers streamers to build their communities by surfacing the most relevant tools and tips at each stage of their journey. You will be an expert on important milestones along the creator journey and the features and tools that will help them build healthy communities on Twitch. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams, and can easily switch between setting strategy and implementing it. You will report to the Senior Director of Community Product Marketing.
You Will:- Define our content strategy for Creator Home that guides streamers toward the most relevant features and resources to help them grow
- Develop a content management process that champions best practices across global marketing teams.Â
- Partner with creative and regional marketing teams to create impactful messaging across customer lifecycle stages and segments.
- Build an experiment framework that optimizes creator engagement and retention by employing A/B testing and other experimentation to make continuous improvements based on performance and insights.
- Be the content lead for our monthly Patch Notes stream, sourcing segments, aligning our teams on messaging, securing creative assets, and liaising directly with our in-house production team.Â
- 5+ years of progressive lifecycle/engagement marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing experience
- Analytical and experimental mindset and experience using data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience running projects including scheduling, budget management, messaging performance reporting, and partner management
- Experience writing strategy documents and presenting recommendations across all levels including senior leadership.
- Experience working on digital communities or content creators
- Live stream production experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50.00/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $70.00/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
