Job Summary:
As Concept3D's Product Marketing Director, you will be a key figure in articulating our product's unique advantages and bringing them to life through creative and collaborative storytelling and connecting them to our prospects. This role centers around developing and executing strategies that distinctly position Concept3D in the higher ed technology market and evangelizing across the market to connect with our targeted prospects.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Product Marketing Director will be an advocate and evangelist for the Concept3D brand as well as Concept3Dās product offering and the solutions they deliver. This role will be one of the very visible āfacesā of Concept3D which advocates and provides insights and points of view in the market. Additionally, this role will be responsible for customer and market insights to drive product messaging and positioning, and go-to-market strategies while influencing demand generation campaigns to drive growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of Concept3D, our product offering, and the benefits our immersive, online experiences provideĀ
- Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target clients and users, addressing their pain points and needs
- Research client and user journeys, and align and deliver key messages to target audiences within those journeys
- Evangelize our products and solutions with partners, prospects, and customers across all channels including: in-person events, webinars, video content, podcasts, articles, and social channelsĀ
- Spearhead the development of engaging and comprehensive content, guiding products from conception to market success
- Collaboratively work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives and positioning
- Generate high-impact sales and marketing materials, such as sales documentation, product videos, and website content
- Lead market analysis efforts to identify competitive advantages and market trends, focusing on Concept3Dās unique value proposition
- Champion the Concept3D brand, developing thought leadership content and driving brand awareness initiatives
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product strategy and marketing approaches, enhancing product growth and market presence
- Deliver measurable impact across key marketing metrics: awareness, engagement, MQLs and Inbound opportunitiesĀ
- Empower sales and marketing teams with cutting-edge tools and information, including competitive analysis, sales enablement content, and market insights
Candidate Profile:
- A strategic thinker with a knack for blending creativity with analytical skills
- Exceptional communicator, adept at distilling complex concepts into engaging and understandable content
- Strong presentation skills and public-facing communication capabilitiesĀ
- Proven collaborative skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals
- Deep understanding of the data and technology landscape, particularly in relation to higher education
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand content, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in developing innovative product positioning and messaging
- Proficient in the use of modern marketing and CRM tools, including Salesforce and Hubspot
- Experience in the higher education sector is preferred but not mandatory

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$145,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidateās relevant work experience, skills, and certification.
