Product Marketing Engineer

The Power and Signal Conversion Business Group is a newly formed organization within an established semiconductor company, operating in a new product space from the company's core businesses. A role in this organization is an opportunity to influence strategy, product definition, topology and architecture, and core IP development at the most fundamental levels. Responsibilities Include:

• Build and maintain relationship with top customer to understand products oppotunity and end-equipment;
• Play leading role in defining and creating business case input to support future SAM growth
• Work with system and product delelopment team to define new products and launch to market;
• Drive DINs to DWINs to grow NR while maintain profitability.
• Own revenue and forecast for given porfolio, and responsible for drving consistent Y2Y growth;
• Develop product position and message that differentiateds the product in the marekt and online;
• Review the competitive landscape and build strategies to address gaps;
• Build marketing warboard, follow up monthly on oppotunity, including producut status, design oppotunity;
• Make pricing strategy and aling pricing curve with commerical team;

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
• 5+ years of sales or marketing relevant experience in semiconductor;
• Good knowledge and understanding of a few application system, covering power IC and signal chain.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
• Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
• Highly self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
• Ability to take initiative and drive for results;
• Ability to travel up to 30%;
