Product Marketing Lead

What You'll Do

Haus has incredible product-market fit, and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on an experienced Product Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and expansion into new customer segments. 

Our ideal candidate has experience in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, and brings together strong strategic instincts, curiosity, structured communication skills, creativity, and a bias towards action.

Responsibilities:

• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and expansion into new use cases
• Lead customer research, synthesize insights, and develop deep expertise in target customer segments, verticals, personas, and use cases
• Develop, experiment with, and launch updated pricing and packaging across our portfolio of products and features
• Create compelling positioning, messaging, and sales enablement collateral
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and new growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience, and a proven track record in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at B2B SaaS companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and experience collaborating with sales and product teams

• You’re strategic; you can analyze a lot of information about our products, customers, competitors, partners, and the broader ecosystem we play in, and develop a point of view that comes through in your work
• You’re naturally curious and eager to learn the details behind our products
• You’re an excellent structured communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences
• You have an eye for good copy and visual assets, and can work with creative teams to refine them
• You take ownership of ambitious goals, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get into the details
• You run lightweight experiments for new ideas all the time, and move quickly to scale the things that work
