As a Lead Marketing leader, you will collaborate with teams to develop long-term planning and marketing initiatives.
As a Product Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Tap into market intelligence and research to create game-changing strategies that monetize Inspection Works offerings and unlock new value for our customers.
- Join forces with sub business units (SBU) and their respective sales teams to craft and execute innovative product marketing plans for our Inspection Works solutions.
- Develop captivating product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and showcases our unique value propositions that addresses customer's outcomes
- Keep a pulse on market trends and competition, ensuring our offerings stay ahead of the curve and stand out in the industry. Perform benchmarking exercise for Inspection Works i.e. maintain competitive fact base; including competitor size, successes, product offerings, positioning, price structure, etc
- Create focused segmentation and targeting i.e. document and communicate high-level business requirements for each product, service or segment
- Be the Voice of the Customer, identifying product challenges and recommending solutions by collaborating with Inspection teams.
- Be the voice of the sales team to gather feedback on use cases, selection criteria and functionality required
- Influence and help shape product roadmaps with market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence, working closely with product management.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary teams in developing and launching valuable new features, products, or services with a clear market focus.
- Develop go-to-market marketing strategy, sales enablement and launch plans for new releases; generate product naming, campaigns, messaging, content and thought leadership in support of new releases
- Empower sales and customer success teams with top-notch enablement materials, such as presentations, demos, case studies, and more.
- Create compelling thought leadership content like whitepapers, blogs, and webinars that educate the market and bolster brand awareness
- Develop metrics to measure and drive pipeline creation and velocity through Sales funnel. These should fall under reporting tools for Sales and Marketing analytics (e.g. Web analytics, social monitoring, business intelligence and forecasting tools)

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on B2B Product Marketing experience to the table, along with a passion for technology and a track record of driving growth in the B2B tech sector.
- Captivate with your exceptional storytelling and communication skills, crafting compelling product messaging, pricing, packaging, and competitive enablement that resonates with customers of different personas
- Demonstrated ability to generate compelling stories and possess the innate ability to make the complex simple
- Strong project management with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, technology, operations, communications and customer service teams to ensure product initiatives around new releases are launched effectively and on-time
- Showcase your cross-functional collaboration & influential skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success together.
- Flex your analytical muscles to draw insights from data, spot opportunities, and adapt strategies on the fly.
- Be a self-starter, fueled by a passion for driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous delivery.
- Demonstrate your ability to influence without direct authority, skillfully navigating team dynamics and inspiring collaboration towards a common goal.
