Product Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Head of ISS MI, this position focuses on initiatives within the Americas that promote our unique value proposition. You'll build strong relationships with partners across the global ISS MI team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business strategy.
This role can be based in either the Eatontown, NJ or Midtown Manhattan, NY offices, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other members of the Marketing team to develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer-facing collateral, and to influence go-to-market programs
- Assess industry trends and market needs through research and competitive intelligence
- Solicit external market/client feedback on products through user groups, client consultations, beta programs
- Create bill of materials, user guides and release notes to ensure clients, and client-facing staff, are up to date with product features and enhancements
- Ensure solutions have a clear, compelling, differentiated USP that is consistently positioned
- Contribute to content creation, thought leadership strategy and programs that showcase our market leadership
- Collaborate with internal media team to raise the profile of ISS MI to achieve enhanced media attribution, PR mentions, and social media presence
What We Need from You:
- 5+ years' experience in product marketing, preferably for data centric B2B products, creating messaging and collateral
- Relevant experience in Financial Services or marketing to an FS audience strongly preferred
- Experience in market analysis, competitive assessment, and bringing solutions to market
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
