Evolve is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support our vision of becoming the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental. 

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be focused on developing a deep understanding of Evolve’s vacation rental management services, our owner target audience, personas, customer needs, competitive landscape, and more. You’ll apply your knowledge to inform the creation of compelling messaging and educational assets designed to support owners throughout the customer journey. In this highly cross functional role, you’ll partner closely with our creative services, content marketing, product development, customer insights, sales, and service delivery teams to define, scope, and develop owner-facing product marketing assets. 

You will help establish our Product Marketing practice by developing repeatable processes, creating templates, and expanding our areas of scope.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a Marketing subject matter expert on Evolve's value propositions, components of our tech-enabled service, personas, and customer needs. Constantly work to advance your knowledge through research and connectivity with various internal teams and contribute your knowledge to the scoping of owner marketing content and internal support materials.
  • Help establish positioning for various Evolve management services and brand extensions that enable owners to easily understand how Evolve works and the unique value we offer. Partner closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to ensure successful roll-outs of messaging updates and training throughout the organization.
  • Support the development of educational assets mapped to specific points of the owner acquisition and retention journey including marketing content, sales enablement materials, and more. You’ll be responsible for scoping the assets, writing briefs, and developing outlines to ensure our Content Marketing and Creative Services teams have the proper guidance for asset creation. 
  • Support Sales, Owner Success, and Performance teams with the development of enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, one-sheeters, webinars, interactive tools, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Product Development, Growth Strategy, Revenue Management, Property Operations, Real Estate Services, and CX  to develop a deep understanding of new and existing Evolve offerings; collaborate with owner marketing and Senior PMM to build promotion plans to educate owners on them. 
  • Leverage trends exposed through ongoing customer research (ex: NPS surveys) to support product marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with researching the market landscape and conduct regular competitive intelligence research to inform the creation of differentiated messaging and assets. 
  • Partner with Evolve’s Learning & Development team to distribute and train Sales and Service teams on Product Marketing assets. 
  • Build repeatable and efficient Product Marketing processes.
  • Report on KPIs that demonstrate the impact Product Marketing is having on improving owner activation rate and retention. 

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years experience in Product Marketing 
  • A self-starter and solution-oriented teammate. You work well independently and are proactive in communication and prioritization of initiatives
  • Experience building systems and processes, or improving upon existing frameworks. You are not afraid of challenging the status quo! 
  • Comfortable working at both the strategic and executional level. You excel at knowing what needs to get done and making sure the right people are informed, empowered, and motivated to ensure successful execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills. Able to effortlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven success working cross functionally with marketing, product, sales, and support teams.
  • Creative thinker with proven ability to both generate and execute on innovative ideas. You are action oriented and know how to stand up projects and build momentum to get things done!

Location 

We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $111,000 - $128,000, depending on relevant experience
