Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:
Workhuman is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this highly cross-functional role, the Product Marketing Manager will become the voice of Workhuman' Cloud's products and solutions, working across product, marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success to drive go-to-market success and end-user adoption. The Product Marketing Manager will be the expert in our solutions, our roadmap, our buyers, and enabling our stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate, outcome-focused, naturally curious, and passionate about production.
Responsibilities:• Creating the messaging & positioning for our products and communicating its value proposition and competitive differentiation to customer-facing teams including sales, customer success, and marketing.• Leading the activities for new products and features for assigned solution(s), from release marketing to tier 1 launches.• Working closely with the product team, both to understand the strategic direction of product and to contribute to setting that direction.• Partnering with sales and customer success leadership to ensure that customer-facing teams are experts on our products, their value and use cases.• Contributing to a variety of product content types - demo videos, presentations, FAQs, and more to fuel sales and marketing success• In general, serve as the internal champion of our products
Skills:• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment• Exceptional storytelling skills and content authoring• Hungry learner• Experience driving cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes• Has managed successful release communication programs, driving the adoption of new features, including human engagement strategies.• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to test and learn, and be results-oriented• Ability to see the big picture and connection points between messages, teams, and processes
