We are looking for a highly empathetic Product Marketing Manager who will obsess over our customers’ wants and needs, “work backwards” from that customer obsession to define the positioning and messaging of Branch’s offering to our B2B customer, and partner with Marketing Channel Owners to coordinate how Branch tells and sells our unique selling proposition.
As the subject matter on what makes our customers tick, you’ll translate new-product features into a specific messaging strategy that communicates those features in the customers’ language of value.
You’ll bring your competitive, customer and market insights to aid Product in building business cases for product enhancements that continue to improve Branch’s value proposition.
What you’ll do:
Connect the dots between Branch’s product and the market – in both directions:
- act as the voice of the customer, leading the creation of Branch’s positioning, value propositioning and messaging;
- coordinate with Product to orchestrate the successful delivery of a coordinated go-to-market plan for new product releases; and
- lend customer insight to Product and Marketing to continuously increase demand for existing products.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing,
- a proven track record in launching products (from ideation to market release) that achieved business objectives,
- ability to fluidly shift between thinking analytically, strategically and creatively
- Knowledge of payments industry is a plus
- Experience in a B2B2C business model is a plus
