We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our practice growth and patient experience products and services. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful launch and growth of our suite of practice growth products.
Your Area of Focus- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
- Partner with product management to ensure that our products and services are meeting customer needs and delivering value
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and case studies
- Make complex concepts easy to understand
- Analyze and report on key metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product marketing and healthcare to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS preferred. Healthcare technology experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and customer success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
