About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team.In this role, you will be part of a small and agile team driving key areas of the business including product positioning and messaging, sales collateral and competitive analysis. You will work closely with our partners in tech, product management, sales, training and our other marketing teams to understand our customer needs and ensure our products resonate with and reach our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning: Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market, ensuring consistency with our brand values and wider positioning across all marketing and communication channels. 
  • Understand the Market: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • This will require a mix of internal collaboration and gathering feedback from customers directly, as well as keeping up to date with industry developments. 
  • Product Collaboration: Be the Product Marketing owner of your product area and be expected to engage in sprints to ensure alignment between marketing, product development, and customer needs. 
  • Content Development: Create and support the development of high-quality marketing content, including website product pages, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales collateral. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. 
  • Customer Advocacy and Engagement: Build relationships with key customers to gather feedback and develop customer success stories. Identify and leverage customer advocates to enhance marketing efforts.


Skills and Experience:

  • Experience -You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Product Marketing Manager or related product role in a B2B SaaS company (experience in Cybersecurity is an advantage)
  • Storyteller - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy making complex things sounds simple to understand
  • Collaborator - You are able to work cross functionally with teams ranging from Product to Sales and Marketing
  • Problem solving mindset - you enjoy being faced with complex problems
  • Learner - You are a fast learner and have an ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
  • Mission-oriented and self-motivated - You take ownership of your work and are able to set and communicate priorities effectively
