Position Summary:

In the role of Product Marketing Manager, this individual will be creative, strategic, and inspiring as they collaborate with a team of high performing individuals. This role will focus on the creation and ongoing development of marketing materials, programs, and product initiatives relative to our UKG Pro and enterprise solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will understand our global HCM markets and our UKG Pro and enterprise solutions and will be responsible for collaborating with individuals throughout the company to create content, craft compelling product messaging, and launch new products to market to drive new business, educate customers and prospects, and increase revenue.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with a team of product marketers to develop effective and timely product marketing strategies and plans • Align closely with Product Management and stay abreast of upcoming product enhancements and lead roadmap delivery and communications• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels and geographies that communicate our strengths, differentiators, and business value• Collaborate with individuals and teams throughout the company, including Sales, PreSales, Services, Marketing and Product teams• Launch successful new UKG Pro and enterprise solutions to market, leading all activity including marketing content, demand programs, internal enablement, customer education and communication. • Develop UKG Pro and enterprise product marketing lead generation strategy and collaborate with the demand teams to execute• Research and analyze HCM and market trends to improve global positioning and messaging

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:• 3+ years prior product marketing experience• Prior experience in the HR/payroll or technology industry• Prior experience writing in a marketing and/or technology environment• Strong strategic planning and tactical implementation experience• Effective leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills• Excellent people skills with the ability to interact well with cross-functional teams• Solid relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships, internally and externally• Strong communication and writing skills• Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative spirit• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines • Ability to think strategically and synthesize information• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:• Prior experience with UKG Pro and UKG enterprise solutions• MBA in Business or Marketing preferred
