Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Product Marketing Manager you’ll play a meaningful role in communicating and driving adoption of Zocdoc’s products to consumers and providers. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams leading the development of messaging, sales materials, adoption strategies, and communication channels. Your day to day is…

  • Becoming an expert on Zocdoc’s product suite, differentiators, customers, and competitors
  • Own Zocdoc’s product education content and strategy for key stages of the provider journey 
  • Developing new education channels to grow existing channels, including Zocdoc’s new Help Center, to help customers learn, find answers, and for practices to onboard their staff
  • Creating content and materials to educate Sales teams on how to effectively communicate the unique value of Zocdoc’s products
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to define customer needs and identify and fix education gaps in our Sales and customer journeys
  • Inspiring action through data-driven insights and executing with operational rigor and efficiency


You’ll be successful in this role if you…

  • Have experience with B2B technology products or online marketplaces 
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you have experience telling stories, creating content, and teaching people how to do something new
  • Have experience creating customer-facing assets and internal materials to educate customers and enable Sales teams
  • Demonstrate super strength when it comes to managing complex projects with an eye for detail
  • Are a creative problem solver with an appetite to always be learning  
  • Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help 
  • Have the ability to synthesize technical product descriptions into simple, everyday language 
  • Have experience in and a passion for collecting and using customer insights and market research to drive strategic product marketing decisions 
  • Have 6+ years overall work experience, with a minimum 3 years of product marketing experience at a technology company

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range

$140,000—$168,500 USD
