Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager - Launch, you will define and lead our external launch processes. In addition, you will be the lead project and program manager for major Product Marketing initiatives. Examples of these potential projects include: pricing and packaging updates, website updates, and framework development. 

In this role, you will partner closely with our Product organization, Enablement team, and field managers. Successful candidates will have a strong program and project management mindset, be empathetic for the customer and customer-facing teams, and thrive in a role with evolving priorities.  

This is a fully remote position.

• Become the Marketing lead for our product launches. You will refine the launch process as needed, evolve it as the business scales, be the project lead for Tier 1 & 2 launches, and advocate for the launch process across the company.
• Work with Product, Field, and Marketing leadership to define how we evaluate launch efficacy and own the finding and sharing of learnings across the company. 
• Project lead on select non-launch cross-functional initiatives; work with key stakeholders to define goals, organize and maintain communications, and ensure our customers’ interests are properly represented.
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to develop clear, differentiated positioning in the marketplace. 
• Partner closely with Revenue Enablement and across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring Postscript’s value proposition to our customers.

• 4+ years working in B2B SaaS in a Product Marketing, Product Manager, or process-based customer-facing role. 
• Experience working across teams to launch significant features and products.
• An expert project manager who has a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
• You’re a believer in SMS marketing - you must advocate for this being the most important channel for DTC marketers!
• Time spent in ecommerce or marketing to ecommerce merchants is a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Salary range of USD $119,000 to $134,000 base (depending on experience level) plus significant equity (we do not have geo based salaries)
