Lusha is growing and we are searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Boston team!
If you are a skilled marketing professional who is motivated by customer insights, excited about product launches, passionate about the user journey, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment - read on! As a PMM in our Boston office, you will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to help them tell the Lusha story to our customers and prospects. To that end, you'll develop product positioning and messaging, guide product releases, create enablement materials that help close deals, and launch customer marketing programs that help retain and expand our book of business.

You will:
- Tell stories about how our products work and drive value for our users and customers.
- Create sales enablement collateral and content that helps onboard & guide our customers.
- Develop customer marketing programs that help educate our user base about the full capabilities of our platform.
- Develop go-to-market strategy plans and execute launches across web, social, email, ads etc.
- Own and maintain Lusha's presence on review sites.
- Own the lifecycle from awareness to advocacy to develop messaging that helps differentiate Lusha.
- Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders.

- Organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, multifaceted projects and keep various work streams on track - even those with many moving parts.
- A self-starter. You know how to identify opportunities and take initiative.
- Passionate about technology. You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand.
- Ambitious. You are eager to make an impact. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, growth environment and are able to operate at the strategic level and the micro-detail to get things right.
- A team player. You will collaborate across the Marketing team and with every team at Lusha. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute your work.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, product marketing, product management, or strategy.
- At least 2 years of product marketing or go-to-market.
- B2B tech experience.
- Major plus: experience with PLG companies that have a high-touch enterprise component.
