About The Role
Weโre looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team!
In this newly-created role, you will work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience - nonprofits.
We have a best-in-class product and are constantly (as in literally every week) releasing new features. Itโs this roleโs responsibility to do our product team justice and make sure prospects + customers are aware of all the great things weโre building.
Our main marketing KPI is revenue, and your projects will be geared towards attracting new customers, moving prospects through our sales pipeline, or improving product adoption from existing clients.
This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in Brooklyn, NY (where our headquarters is located) or anywhere else in the US.
As a Product Marketing Manager, your day-to-day will include:
- Building and executing go-to-market plans for new products and features
- Developing a deep understanding of our customers and their pain points
- Working with our product team to stay on top of (and get ahead of) announcing feature launches to existing customers and prospects
- Working with our content marketing team to produce product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, case studies, and whitepapers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales enablement programs that help drive revenue growth
- Working with our customer success team to identify opportunities to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities
You're likely to succeed if:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience developing go-to-market plans
- You are both a self-starter and a team player
- You are excited to learn and continuously improve
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to help build out a new function
